The purchase of alcohol by persons under the age of 21 is prohibited by law. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine or spirits. By placing an order through WineLiquorMart.com, you are representing yourself to us as at least 21 years of age.
We reserve the right to ask for proof of identity before processing an order. An adult signature with proof of age verification is required at time of delivery. Please be aware that someone over the age of 21 must be available to sign for the package. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the package will not be left. We cannot ship wine to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

WineLiquorMart is pleased to offer FREE delivery in Staten Island NY, with a minimum order of $100. Orders under $100 will be assessed a $10 delivery charge per address. Deliveries going to multiple addresses will incur a $10 charge per each address beyond the first one.
We also offer in store pickup. Please choose "In Store Pick Up" shipping option during checkout.
Please allow a 24-hour turnaround time on all orders. In some cases, same-day deliveries will be possible, but in general 24-hour turnaround should be expected. More lead time may be needed during holiday or sale periods due to heavy order volume. If you are placing a last-minute order, please contact us by telephone to verify that we will be able to accommodate you.
For orders outside of our delivery zone, we ship by UPS. You will be promptly notified by email or phone of any problems or unexpected delays in processing and/or shipping.
During times of bad weather, including extremes of heat or cold, we recommend postponing shipping until conditions improve, but we will defer to the customer's directions as to whether to ship or hold. The customer assumes all liability for wines damaged en route due to weather.
Please note that some states have laws on the shipment of alcohol that prohibit us from shipping to addresses in those states. Please accept our apologies if we are unable to ship to your area. We cannot ship alcoholic beverages to: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Montana, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Texas, Utah and Vermont.
The buyer assumes title of the wines once purchased. By arranging for transportation of the wines and spirits, we are providing a service to and acting on behalf of the purchaser. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import any wines or spirits into any state.
The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wine and other goods purchased and for determining the legality and the tax/duty consequences of having the wine shipped to him or her. We do apologize for the inconvenience if your state laws prevent us from servicing your area. If we are unable to arrange for shipping to your state, you might wish to provide us with an alternate shipping address in a nearby state to enable you to make an online purchase.
Orders placed on this website are not final. Your credit card is not charged automatically. A charge is put on your credit card after the product has been packed and the order is deemed complete. Please note that all credit cards are verified. You must provide a billing address that corresponds to the credit card you are using. If the billing address does not match the credit card, your order cannot be processed.
The shipping costs are automatically calculated at the time the order is placed via UPS online site and include a small Shipping & Handling fee to cover the cost of the protective shipping boxes. Prices of our wines and spirits do not include shipping and handling charges, which vary depending on destination, number of bottles ordered, and any special packaging requests. Most orders ship within 24 hours, however please allow up to two business days for your order to be processed. While we make every effort to show accurate product listings on our website.
No Cash Refunds. The State Liquor Authority authorizes package stores to accept the return of liquor or wine from a customer only if the merchandise is defective in quality.
The State Liquor Authority does not approve the acceptance by a package store of the return of liquor or wine purchased by a customer in error. (As per New York State ABC Law).
